Refund policy
We do not make cash refunds or replacements.
Our replacement policy is only for damaged merchandise during shipping. If this were the case, you must notify us immediately (48 hours upon arrival) by sending an email to info@artbymele. We will send you a shipping label to return the piece. Once we receive the damaged good you will be notified by email and we will send you a new one with the same characteristics of the original in 7 to 14 business days.
In case the good is accidentally damaged in the possession of the client contact info@artbymele.com. We offer a repair service at a reasonable cost in the case that the piece could be repaired. Only the shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
